Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has expressly agreed that the trader may begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and the consumer has confirmed their acknowledgment that, by giving this consent, they lose their right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.
